CANCELLATION POLICY

For Sport Rehabilitation, Sports Massage, Personal Training and all One-to-One bookings the Elevate Cancellation Policy is a two-way policy designed to ensure that you the paying customer/client and Elevate the service provider are protected from financial and personal inconvenience and on the rare occasion that cancellation may occur, both parties are clear and happy with the appropriate compensation and resolution. The Cancellation Policy is as follows:

  • The Client agrees to provide 24 hours notice of any cancellation.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment start time will constitute Late Cancellation.
  • All Late Cancellations will be charged the full amount for the booked treatment/session.
  • The Therapist/Trainer/Coach agrees to provide 24 hours notice of any cancellation.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment start time will constitute Late Cancellation.
  • Any Late Cancellation by the Therapist/Trainer/Coach will be compensated to you by way of a free treatment/session equal to and not exceeding the value of your original booking.
