He represented the university in athletics, football and basketball and continues to expand his hands-on knowledge in a variety of sports including rugby union, cycling, skiing, rock climbing and other sports. Liam is a full member of the British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers (BASRaT).
Liam has a passion for biomechanics and human movement with a particular interest in running gait and strength training techniques. With over a decade’s experience in the field and the clinical setting, Liam has developed an all encompassing approach to training and rehabilitation that puts technique at the forefront of what we do. If we have strong technique we can build a strong body for a strong performance with minimal risk of injury.
Liam’s previous appointments have included Rehabilitator & Trainer to England Fencing, Great Britain Fencing, Irish Legends Rugby and England Legends Rugby in addition to leading the Cannons (now Nuffield Health) Running Club.
