Sometimes you just want to snack, so here’s your guide to healthy snacks for guilt free, nutritious nibbles that taste good and do good too.
We’ve been shopping for a heap of healthy snacks to taste and showcase for you. As always, the featured items wouldn’t be here if I didn’t believe in them. So, check out the video and see if you can’t find your new favourite snack treat.
Organic Coconut Chips
A good healthy filler-upper, I love these for snacking and also for adding to yogurt for breakfast or pudding. They are high in good fats and very low in sugar and carbohydrates. An excellent source of copper, calcium, iron, manganese, magnesium, and zinc and some super digestive enzymes.
Ingredients: 100% raw Organic Coconut Chips.
Raw Cacao Powder
High in magnesium, iron and vitamin C, this is my current favourite for adding to shakes and sprinkling on favourite desserts for a powerful chocolate kick.
Ingredients: 100% raw Organic Cacao Powder.
Cocoa Covered Mulberries
Decadent as can be, these white mulberries are simply dipped in raw chocolate, yum. Get all the benefits of raw cacao and cacao butter plus the goodness of the mulberries’ vitamins A, C and E along with antioxidants and flavonoids.

Ombar Raw Chocolate Bar Blueberry & Acai

Squirrel Sisters Raspberry Ripple
The powerfully flavoursome fruity sibling to the above.
Ingredients: cashews, dates, sultanas, almonds, goji berries, raspberry powder.
Raw Health Coconut Balls
Healthy and satisfying, each ball is more than a mouthful.
Ingredients: Dessicated Coconut, Raisins, Dates, Sunflower Seeds.
Raw Health Lemon & Chia Balls
Light and zesty with a chia seed crunch.
Ingredients: Coconut, Almonds, Agave Syrup, Chia Seeds, Lemon Zest.
Raw Health Chocada Truffles
A good healthy snack ball that has a very real after-dinner feel to it.
Ingredients: Raw Chocolate (raw cacao paste, raw cacao powder, cacao butter), agave syrup, virgin coconut oil.
Black Bean & Quinoa Tortilla Chips
Basically corn chips, but with the addition of protein packed Quinoa and Black Beans. No sugar and no artificial additives, if you’re going to have tortillas, have these.
Ingredients: Maize, Sunflower oil, Red Quinoa, Black Beans, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Sea Salt.
Lean Greens Powder
